- Harper worked as the Teaching Artist and Student Teacher at Mary Carroll High School under the supervision of Kelly Russell and Brandon Besse. As the Teaching Artist, Harper worked with the Mary Carroll Tiger Theatre company to assist in producing two shows, Dearly Departed, written by David Bottrell and Jessie Jones, and Julius Caesar, abridged by David Rosario

- Harper served as the company Dramaturg for First Kiss Theatre's Play in a Day 2023 Festival. Produced by Eliza Kuperschmid and First Kiss Theatre.
June 2023
- Harper stage-managed the world premiere of Reverie, a new musical by Ashley Cooper, at the National Women's Theatre Fringe Festival.
- Harper stage-managed the world premiere of Dinosaur on the Moon, a new play devised and created by the company of Jurassic Satellite, at the National Women's Theatre Fringe Festival.
- Harper stage-managed the world premiere of Dignity, a new play written, directed, and produced by Alexus Rhone, at the National Women's Theatre Fringe Festival.
- Harper worked at the National Women's Theatre Festival Conference as the Conference Management and Attendee Support Apprentice. The National Women's Theatre Festival Conference is the nation's largest symposium on gender in theatre.
- Lucia Goes Lucid was part of the BCA One-Acts Play Festival in Hackensack, New Jersey. Lucia must team up with the mysterious Dreamcatcher to save her partner. Written by Harper Caroline Lee, produced by Stephen Kaplan, and directed by Sarah Cassell.

- Harper was seen as Mary Ann "Polly" Nichols in Ghosts of Whitechapel in the TAMU-CC Department of Theatre and Dance 40-Minute Play Festival 2023. Written by Kate Black-Spence, directed by Chase Passow, stage-managed by Christopher Duncan, and featuring Harper Caroline Lee, Kinlee Ramon, Abby Corbet, Bella Gonzales, and Kennedy Alexander.
April 2023
- Harper was featured in the Island Dance Demo at the TAMU-CC Department of Theatre and Dance, Step Into Joy. Produced by Jilissa Cotten, and choreographed by Sarah Gonzalez, Jilissa Cotten, Kate Burrill, Shameka Cobb, Victoria Contreras, Erin Jones, Brandon Besse, Shawnee Jones, and River Thompson.
- Harper and the TAMU-CC Dance Performance team previewed featured numbers from Step Into Joy at the Art Center Farmer's Market and the Art Museum of South Texas. Choreographed by Jilissa Cotten, Kate Burrill, Shawnee Jones, Brandon Besse, and River Thompson.

- Harper directed the 2023 Seed Project, The Pliant Girls, which performed March 31 - April 1. Written by Meghan Brown, directed by Harper Caroline Lee, and produced by the TAMU-CC Department of Theatre and Dance.
February 2023
- Beyond Lies the Wub was produced by Jakespeare Theatre Company as part of the PKDcast, a radio-play festival of adaptations of the works of sci-fi mastermind, Phillip K. Dick. Adapted by Harper Caroline Lee, directed by Jake Lewis, and featuring the voice talents of the Jakespeare Theatre Company.
- Harper collaborated on a new piece, To You From Violet, for First Kiss Theatre Company's February Festival, Sexy/Scary. Created by Dean Grosbard, Max King Komisar, and Harper Caroline Lee.
